Aircraft Twirls Out of Control into Palm Groves at Well-Known Southern California Beach
An aircraft hovering over a popular California coastline suddenly began spiraling out of control, eventually dropping height and plunging into a cluster of palm trees as onlookers watched.
Recordings shared on social media show the chopper beginning to twirl above the beach then falling in the direction of the edge of the beach, where it becomes wedged between palm trees and a steps close to the coastal road.

The Huntington Beach fire department said five individuals were transported to a medical facility including two who were in the chopper and were “extracted safely from the crash site” following the accident on that day.
Three individuals on the street were hurt. Specifics on their condition were still under review.
The cause of the crash was not immediately released.
